How reviews work
Every review follows the same format, so you can compare them and find your part quickly.
The three ratings
- Start this quarterAct now
- Decide within 6 to 12 monthsPrepare
- Revisit next yearWatch
Each rating pairs a word with an icon, so the meaning never depends on colour. Ratings are given for each market and for different kinds of organisation, because the same shift can be urgent for one and premature for another.
The global-to-Asia translation
Each review states the global signal with a dated source, then shows how it lands in each relevant market (the route, the regulator and local trust), and then gives the decision.
Five board questions
Value potential, readiness of the technology, cost and effort, risk managed today, and ease of reversing. Each is rated Low, Medium or High with a reason.
Evidence labels
- Independently published survey data or reporting.Confirmed
- The company's own announcement, not independently checked.Company claim
- Reported from people familiar with plans that are not yet announced.Unnamed sources
- A secondary summary not yet checked against the original.Reported
- Ratings, options and frameworks. These are opinions, and the reasons are given. My judgement
Every figure links to its source and shows the date the evidence was checked.
The Monday kit
Each review ends with one move for Monday and a kit to make it: a sourced market inputs file, a few prompts and a skill or agent instructions that produce a first artefact, such as a one-page experiment scope.
