A short, plain account of what is collected and why.
What is collected
When you request a kit or subscribe to The Briefing, your email address is collected so we can send what you asked for, after you confirm it. If you tick the box for The Briefing, or tell us your AI tool or markets (on the page or by clicking a link in an email), that choice is stored as a tag so later emails are relevant. The page you signed up from is stored with your details so we know which content is useful.
How it is used
Your email is used to send the kit you asked for. You only receive The Briefing if you ticked the box or subscribed to it directly. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.
Who processes it
Email is sent through Kit (kit.com), which stores subscriber details on behalf of Three Cubes Ventures. Site analytics use Umami, which does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you. Sign-up forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only when you start filling in a form. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and show only a preview image until you press play.
Removing your details
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply to any email to ask for your details to be deleted.
